Martin Ney, born December 12, 1970, in Bremen, is a German serial killer and child criminal known as the 'Mask Man' or 'Black Man.' He began his criminal activities in 1992, committing three murders and over 40 sexual offenses against children, primarily in school camps. His crimes also occurred in tents, private homes, and other locations. After his arrest on April 15, 2011, he confessed to the three murders. On February 27, 2012, he was sentenced to life imprisonment, with the court acknowledging the particular severity of his guilt.
