In 2011, he earned a Michelin star for the Villa am See restaurant in Tegernsee. He opened his own restaurant, Restaurant Rehmann, in Prien am Chiemsee in June 2012, which also received a Michelin star that year and maintained its star for several subsequent years. Since 2018, he has been running Rait'ner Wirt in Schleching.
