He is known for his lead role in Erkko Kivikoski's film 'Kesällä kello 5' (1963) and a minor role in Jaakko Pakkasvirta's 'Kesäkapina' (1969). Koski also acted in a documentary by Peter von Bagh. He worked as a model in his youth, later establishing a successful career in advertising, founded his own agency in 1981, and taught advertising at universities.
