Martti Johannes Launis (May 22, 1946 – September 29, 2018) was a Finnish singer and occupational safety expert. He was a founding member of the band Agit Prop, which he formed with Pekka Aarnio, Monna Kamun, and Sinikka Sokka. Prior to Agit Prop, Launis sang in the band Guldkurkorna, where he was recognized as a pioneer of Finnish folk music. He worked at the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health and published several guides on ergonomics. Launis passed away from cancer in September 2018.
