Martti Kustaa Nortia was a Finnish clergyman and memoir writer born on February 4, 1914, in Viipuri. He served as a military pastor and delivered a eulogy at President P. E. Svinhufvud's funeral in 1944. Later, he was the parish priest in Kite from the 1950s to the 1960s and served as the parish priest of Vuosaaren from 1968 to 1977. He had notable family connections, including being the father of actress Miitta Sorvali and grandfather to Nightwish's Tuomas Holopainen.
