Martti Jaakko Rahnasto was a Finnish farmer and agricultural organization activist born on April 2, 1925, in Ylistaro. He served as the first CEO of the Farmers' Pension Fund (Mela) from 1969 until his retirement in 1978, during which he contributed significantly to organizing pension matters for agricultural producers. He farmed his own estate in Ilmajoki from 1948 and held various leadership positions in agricultural organizations and local politics from the 1960s to the 1980s. He passed away on February 15, 1992, in Espoo.
