She gained fame in the 1990s for her contributions to dangdut music, with popular songs including 'Cintaku 100%', 'Senggol-senggolan', and 'Cubit-cubitan'. In 2009, she won two Anugerah Industri Muzik awards and was the mentor champion on the talent show Mentor, season 3. Additionally, she served as a permanent commentator on D'Academy Asia, a program aired on Indosiar in 2015.
