Masakazu Iwanari (born March 1963) is a Japanese railway researcher and local government employee. He works with the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation and the Tokyo Metropolitan Waterworks Bureau. He is also a member of the Japan Railway Operators Association and the Railway History Society. Originally from Okayama City, he currently resides in Nerima, Tokyo.
