Louis Chen Mushun was a Catholic bishop of Zhaotong in Yunnan Province, China. Born on November 20, 1902, he passed away on April 9, 1997. He was consecrated as a bishop without papal mandate by Bishop Matthias Duan Yinming of Wanxian on March 28, 1988. Previously, he served as the vicar general of the diocese and led it after the apostolic vicar, Father Fan Kaiping, fled from China in 1951.
