Matthew Lloyd is a British Paralympian born on May 23, 1972, with spina bifida and club feet. He has competed in various sports, including ice sledge hockey at the 2006 Winter Paralympics. Lloyd founded Inline sledge hockey and has worked in the music industry as a journalist and in A&R. He supports grassroots sports as Vice Chair of Sport Birmingham, and launched SK8Z, a skating rink brand. In 2015, he married Ruth Harvey on ice. Currently, he studies for a PhD in Systems Science at the University of Hull.
