Matt Pegg, a British bassist born Matthew Pegg on March 27, 1971, is the son of renowned bassist Dave Pegg. He is an experienced musician who toured with Jethro Tull, replacing his father. Pegg has collaborated with artists such as Francis Dunnery, Ian Brown, and Chris Difford, appearing on Dunnery's 2001 album 'Man'. He has been a member of 'Procol Harum' since 1993, contributing to their album 'The Well's on Fire' and the 'Live at the Union Chapel' DVD. Currently, he works with the folk-rock band 'The Gathering'.
