Matthew Moody is an Australian rules footballer born on September 23, 1985. He was drafted as the number 23 pick in the 2003 AFL draft from South Fremantle. Moody made his debut for the Brisbane Lions in 2005 but faced leg injuries that affected his career. After being delisted in 2008, he trained with Fremantle for potential drafting but was not picked by any AFL club. He then signed to play with Perth in the WAFL.
