Matti August Kokkonen (February 24, 1932 – October 13, 1992) was a Finnish radio telegrapher and writer, who was also known by the pseudonym Martti Nora. His parents were teacher Martti Eino Vilhelm Kokkonen and Kaisa Elmiina Kettunen. He was married to fellow teacher Pirkko Marja Hyttinen since 1957. Kokkonen made notable contributions in the field of radio communication and literature during his lifetime.
