Maurice Walter Sinclair is a retired English Anglican bishop born on January 20, 1937. He served as Bishop of Northern Argentina from 1990 to 2001 and was Primate of the Southern Cone from 1996 to 2001. Sinclair was educated at Chigwell School and the University of Nottingham and became an Anglican priest in 1964. After his missionary work in South America, he returned to England in 1984 as Principal of Crowther Hall. He continues to engage in Anglican service as an assistant bishop in the Diocese of Birmingham during his retirement.
