Megumi Kitta is a Japanese women's baseball player and coach, born on January 5, 1983, in Miki, Hyogo Prefecture. She graduated from Sendai University with a degree in physical education and obtained a master's degree in sports science from Kanoya University of Physical Education. She was the first coach of the women's hardball baseball team at Rissho University and has served as the head coach of the women's baseball team at Rissho High School. Additionally, she was the manager of the Japan women's national baseball team in 2017 and 2018.
