Megumu Satō was a Japanese politician and lawyer, affiliated with the Osaka Bar Association. Born on February 28, 1924, he served as a member of the House of Representatives for ten terms and held various significant positions, including Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, and Minister of Justice. He was awarded the rank of Third Court of Appeals. Satō passed away on January 9, 2021.
