Choudhary Mehboob Ali Kaiser is an Indian politician serving as a Member of Parliament for the Khagaria Lok Sabha Constituency. He began his political journey with the Indian National Congress, during which he was a Member of the Legislative Assembly representing Simri-Bakhtiarpur for three terms and also served as a Cabinet Minister in Bihar. Following a denial of ticket by the Congress for the 2014 General Elections, he joined the Lok Janshakti Party and successfully contested the elections from Khagaria.
