Diana 'Mele' Carroll was an American politician in Hawaii, serving as a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives from 2005 to 2015. She was appointed by Governor Linda Lingle following the resignation of Sol Kahoohalahala. Carroll represented District 13 until her resignation in February 2015, due to complications from cancer treatment. Tragically, she passed away on February 18, 2015, after battling cancer.
