Meral Mansuroğlu is a Turkish classical music artist born on April 13, 1956, in Istanbul. Coming from an Azeri father and a Circassian mother, she was inspired by her father's love for Turkish classical music and began her musical journey in her childhood. She joined Üsküdar Musiki Cemiyeti at age 15, receiving 8 years of education. She made her stage debut encouraged by renowned musician Amir Ateş. In 1981, she became a contracted artist with Istanbul Radio and continues to live in Istanbul with her husband and two children.
