Merete Møller, born on May 7, 1978, in Sønderborg, is a former Danish handball player. She played for Vorup FB, Randers HK (twice), and Larvik HK in Norway, retiring in 2001. A notable talent in Danish handball, she helped win the World Championship for both junior and senior teams in 1997. In 1999, she joined Larvik HK, winning the Norwegian league and cup before retiring at 23 due to injuries and her contract not being renewed. Møller is now a sports researcher at the University of Southern Denmark.
