Betty Gerda Merete Thejll was a Danish-Swedish painter, graphic artist, and ceramist, born on April 9, 1931, in Hamburg and died on July 29, 1991. She studied at Wadskjærs painting school and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. Thejll exhibited her work in various galleries, including Galeri Loftet in Malmö, and contributed to several group exhibitions. She also led an art and culture center in Liberia with her husband. Her artwork includes still lifes, abstract cubist landscapes, and ceramics and is represented in Malmö Museum and Borås Art Museum.
