Mette Gravholt, born on December 12, 1984, is a former Danish handball player who played for the Fredericia Handball Club and represented the Denmark women's national handball team. She achieved third place in the 2013 Women's Handball World Championship. Gravholt is openly gay and previously had a relationship with fellow national teammate Christina Christiansen, but they have since separated. She met Bettina Lambach, with whom she has a son named Mathieu, born through artificial insemination in 2017. The couple married in July 2018.
