Major-General Michael Charlton-Weedy (born June 1950) is a retired British Army officer and senior civil servant. He was commissioned into the Royal Artillery in 1971 and served as Commanding Officer of the 4th Field Regiment from 1990 to 1992. His military career included leadership roles in personnel studies and operational requirements until his retirement from the Army in 2003. Post-military, he became Chief Executive of the Emergency Planning College and later worked in resilience training for the Cabinet Office until 2017. He was appointed OBE in 1993 and CBE in 1997.
