Michael D. Dubie is a retired United States Air Force officer, born on March 25, 1960. He achieved the rank of lieutenant general and served as the deputy commander of the United States Northern Command from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2012, he was the Adjutant General of Vermont, overseeing the organization, training, and equipping of the Vermont Army and Air National Guard's 4,000 members. His additional roles included inspector general, quartermaster general, and head of the State Military Department, which encompassed Veterans Affairs.
