Mikayel Zakharievich Narimanyan is an Armenian physician and healthcare organizer, born on August 4, 1952, in Yerevan, Armenian SSR, USSR. He served as the rector of Yerevan State Medical University named after Mkhitar Heratsi from 2012 to 2016. Narimanyan is a Doctor of Medical Sciences (2000) and became a professor in 2001. Currently, he is the head of the Family Medicine department at the same university since 2017.
