Michel Tachdjian, born on June 6, 1962, is a former French rugby union player of Armenian descent. He played as a lock and was known by the nickname 'the anaesthetist of Yerevan'. Tachdjian began his rugby journey at CSM Clamart and later joined the Racing Club de France, where he contributed to their victory in the 1989–90 French Championship. He represented France in the 1991 Five Nations, earning three caps and playing significant matches against teams including Scotland, Ireland, and England.
