Michihisa Matsubara, born on April 27, 1963, in Aichi Prefecture, is a Japanese photographer educated at Osaka University of Arts. He founded DTV, Inc. in 2000 after receiving investments from venture capital. His work includes a range of photography styles, from advertising to motorsports, and he has been an advisor for multiple IT companies. Matsubara is also the CEO of an advertising photography studio and involved in a skin regeneration medical clinic. He is the son of former Nagoya mayor Takehisa Matsubara.
