Miguel Huezo Mixco, born in San Salvador on December 21, 1954, is a Salvadoran narrator, poet, and essayist known for his fourteen books spanning poetry, essays, and novels. He curated the major retrospective exhibition 'Disparates' of Salvadoran artist Toño Salazar at the Museum of Art of El Salvador (MARTE). A columnist for La Prensa Gráfica from 1999 to 2014, he also ran a blog on the digital newspaper El Faro from 2014 to 2018. His works have been published in various international magazines and newspapers.
