Miguel Plopschi, born Mihail Plopschi on September 25, 1944, in Bucharest, is a Romanian musical producer, director, and saxophonist. He relocated to Brazil in 1963 to study engineering at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Plopschi began his musical career with the band Fevers as a saxophonist and later became a music producer at Philips, producing albums for various artists including Wanderley Cardoso and Gal Costa. In 1983, he joined RCA, contributing to the success of the duo Michael Sullivan and Paulo Massadas.
