Miha Gričar, also known as Mile, was a Slovenian partisan born on February 5, 1903, in Otočec. He was a factory worker by profession. Gričar joined the National Liberation Movement (NOV) and the People's Liberation Army of Slovenia (POS) on September 9, 1943. As a member of the 12th Slovenian National Liberation Brigade, he participated in the Assembly of Delegates of the Slovenian Nation in Kočevje. His life ended on March 14, 1944, in Cerovo.
