Michael Angelo Oliverio II, born on August 6, 1963, is a politician serving as a State Senator for West Virginia's 13th district. He was the Democratic nominee for U.S. Representative for West Virginia's 1st congressional district in 2010. Previously, he served in the West Virginia House of Delegates. In 2018, Oliverio ran as a Republican for his former State Senate district but was defeated. He returned to politics in 2022, winning the open 13th district seat after Bob Beach's retirement, defeating delegate Barbara Fleischauer.
