Mikhail Vladimirovich Dubina, born on January 31, 1972, is a Russian scientist specializing in molecular-genetic technologies and nanobiotechnology applied in physiology and medicine. He earned a Doctor of Medical Sciences degree in 2004 and became an academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2016. Dubina was appointed as a full state adviser of St. Petersburg, class 3, in 2018, and he has served as the chief scientific secretary of the presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences since 2022.
