Mikko Einari Jokela, born on November 1, 1947, in Tampere, is a Finnish musician, composer, and founding member of the band Kaseva. His main instruments are vocals and the twelve-string guitar. Jokela has composed numerous songs, sometimes in collaboration with Asko Raivio. Introduced to music through clarinet lessons at the age of 10, his influences include jazz and The Beatles. Besides guitar, he plays electric piano, sitar, and bass on Kaseva's records and enjoys playing the saxophone. He has three adult daughters who are also musicians.
