Milan Kadlec was a toolmaker and a pioneer group leader in Prague 6. He became one of the first victims of the Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia on August 21, 1968, near the Prague radio building. His name is inscribed on a memorial plaque alongside other victims who lost their lives in front of the radio station during the invasion.
