Milan Kranjc-Kajtimir was a Slovene infantry officer born on March 13, 1915, in Ljubljana. After completing military school in 1935, he served in various locations as a second lieutenant and lieutenant. During World War II, he joined the Chetnik resistance, rising to commander of the 2nd Battalion of the Death Legion. In September 1943, he led his battalion in a fierce battle at Grčarice but was killed in combat on September 10 after intense fighting against opposing forces.
