Mile Stojkoski is a Macedonian athlete and humanitarian born on May 4, 1965. After suffering a spinal cord injury in 1996 from a motorcycle accident, he became paraplegic. Overcoming challenges of his disability, he engaged in sports and humanitarian work, focusing on ultramarathons in a wheelchair. His efforts aim to raise awareness and funds for people with disabilities in Macedonia. Since 2004, he has completed nine marathons, including four ultramarathons, gaining public recognition. Stojkoski began his 10th marathon on March 15, 2012, to coincide with the 2012 London Summer Olympics.
