Milian Stijepovič is a Slovenian javelin thrower born on March 8, 1968. Early in his career, he represented Yugoslavia. He was eliminated in the juniors' category at the 1986 World Championships and placed 10th at the junior European Championships the following year. He won at the Balkan Games in Ankara in 1988 and became Slovenia's champion twice. His personal best throw of 79.32 meters, achieved on July 16, 1988, in Ankara, stood as Slovenia's national record until 2011.
