Milko Kazanov is a Bulgarian canoeist and coach, born on February 11, 1970, in Ruse. He began his canoeing career in the early 1990s and has competed at a high level. Kazanov won a bronze medal in double kayak at the 1000 meters event during the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta and another bronze in four-man kayak at the same distance at the 2002 World Championship in Seville. He is also the father of gymnast Lyubomira Kazanova, a bronze medalist with the Bulgarian rhythmic gymnastics ensemble.
