Mildred 'Millie' Kerr Bush (1985-1997) was the pet English Springer Spaniel of U.S. Presidents George H. W. Bush and Barbara Bush. Dubbed 'the most famous dog in White House history,' she authored 'Millie's Book,' a bestseller in 1990. Millie had six puppies, including Spot Fetcher and Ranger. She made appearances in popular TV shows and died of pneumonia in 1997 at the age of 12. In honor of her legacy, a dog park in Houston, Texas, is named after her.
