Milton João Soares Barbosa is a Brazilian politician born on December 28, 1954, in Itaberaba. He began his political career in 1982 and served as a federal deputy in 1986. A member of several political parties, including PMDB and PFL, he participated in the National Constituent Assembly and held various positions in legislature. He is also an evangelical pastor, having led the Society Beneficente Assembléia de Deus in Salvador and hosted the radio program Cristo no Lar. Despite various candidacies, he has often achieved only alternate deputy roles.
