Milton William "Bill" Cooper (May 6, 1943 – November 6, 2001) was an American radio host and conspiracy theorist. He authored the book "Behold a Pale Horse," which contains a list of various global conspiracies, some of which are fictional, including those related to extraterrestrials. Cooper controversially described AIDS as a man-made epidemic targeting Black people, Latinos, and homosexuals, claiming that its cure was known before it was publicly released.
