Miluše Horská is a Czech politician and university educator born on April 26, 1959, in Humpolec. She served as the Vice President of the Senate of the Czech Republic from 2012 to 2020, including a period as the First Vice President from 2016 to 2018. Elected to the Czech upper chamber in 2010 representing election district No. 43 – Pardubice, she also briefly held the position of city councilor in Pardubice in October 2018.
