Mineko Nōmachi (能町みね子) is a Japanese essayist, columnist, illustrator, and radio and television personality, born on March 17, 1979. She is renowned for her blog 'I'm Queer but I'm an Office Lady' ('オカマだけどOLやってます。'), published as a book in 2006 by Bungeishunjū. Nōmachi has also co-hosted multiple radio and television programs alongside writer Mitsurou Kubo. Her pen name is inspired by a combination of her grandmothers' names.
