Miroslav Rybář was a Czechoslovak engineer born in 1924 and active until his death in 1970. He worked for the firearms manufacturer Česká Zbrojovka Uherský Brod, where he designed the Skorpion VZ61 submachine gun. Additionally, he contributed to the development of the vz. 59 machine gun during his career.
