Miroslav Sklenář is a Czech official and manager born on April 16, 1970, in Přílepy. He served as the director of protocol for the Office of the President from 1996 to 2004 under Presidents Václav Havel and Václav Klaus. After that, he became the deputy director of the City Hall of Prague in 2004, working with Mayor Pavel Bém. From December 2016 to January 2018, he returned to the position of director of the presidential protocol. Additionally, from spring 2015, he worked with the China Energy Company Limited (CEFC).
