Skovajsová transformed breast care by establishing the new field of Integrated Breast Care. She founded the first Mamma Center in Braník, Prague in 1993. Her efforts have contributed to a 30% decrease in breast cancer mortality, placing the Czech Republic among the top countries for breast cancer care. Her lifelong mission focuses on preventive care.
