Mirsad Hadžikadić is a Bosnian-American university professor and a doctor of computer science. He is the director of the Institute for Complex Systems at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. He is the founder of the Platform for Progress party and serves as the chairman of the Advisory Council for Bosnia and Herzegovina in Washington, as well as the Bosnian-American Academy of Arts and Sciences. In 2018, he ran for a member position in the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, receiving 58,555 votes, which accounted for 10% of the voter turnout.
