Perry began his music career in a band called The Kids and has played with bands such as Talas, Cher, and The Sweet, among others. He also toured with Edgar Winter for over eight years. Besides performing, he released several solo albums and formed the Mitch Perry Group. His guitar skills and versatility have made him a respected figure in the music industry.
