Mitsuru Kurayama is a Japanese historian, born on December 18, 1973, specializing in constitutional history and imperial family history. He serves as the director and chairperson of the Japan National Salvation Think Tank. Kurayama has also held positions as a part-time lecturer at Kokushikan University, a part-time employee at the National Archives of Japan's Asian Historical Document Center, and the head of the Japan Research Institute of Hope, as well as an advisor for the Drafting Committee of the Next Generation Party's Constitution.
