Miyoka Shibayama (August 12, 1907 - June 11, 2009) was a pioneering Japanese beautician from Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. Known for opening Japan's first aesthetic salon, she dedicated her career to promoting beauty techniques and aesthetics through her many years of managing beauty salons in Tokyo. Shibayama is often referred to as the 'Mother of Esthetics' and is regarded as a foundational figure in the Japanese beauty industry. She was the first president of the Japan Esthetic Association and graduated from Ferris Women's School.
